Can you help with disassembling and reassembling furniture?Yes, we can! Our movers are experienced with disassembling and reassembling furniture such as beds, wardrobes, and tables. Please note that this service is billed by the hour, as it involves our staff’s time and tools. Make sure to mention it during your booking so we can plan accordingly.

Do you provide moving boxes or packing materials?We offer two options: Full-service packing – We bring all boxes and materials, and handle everything from packing to unpacking. This is billed based on the packing time and material costs. Self-packing – You handle the packing yourself. This is the most cost-effective option, which many customers prefer—especially since BudgetMoving specializes in affordable moves. Let us know what suits you best!

Can I ride along in the moving van?Due to insurance regulations in the Netherlands, passengers are not allowed to ride in the moving van. We recommend arranging separate transport to your new location. If needed, we’re happy to help you plan the best route or timing.

Do I need a parking permit for the moving van?In cities like Amsterdam, Rotterdam, or Utrecht, you might need a temporary parking permit—especially in tight or permit-only areas. It’s the customer’s responsibility to arrange this through the municipality, but we’ll gladly guide you through the process if you're unsure.

What payment methods do you accept, and how do I pay?We accept bank transfers and cash. All customers receive a professional invoice. For bank transfers, please include your invoice number and the word "Passant" in the payment description so we can process your payment without delays.
